Reporting Used Home Sales
In order for Datacomp to ensure the most comprehensive, reliable used home appraisals, your assistance would be appreciated to help us record as many used home-only transactions as possible.
The following transactions are requested:
- Used Home Sales Only
- Sold in the Last Two Years
Cash, In-House Financed or NOT Financed by 21st Mortgage, Triad, CU Factory Built, Vanderbilt or US Bank (we receive this data directly from these lenders)

If you wish to contribute a large number of transactions, you may also use the attached Excel spreadsheet template to provide us with the information we need. You are also welcome to use your own spreadsheet provided that your columns match up to ours.
Please note that when sending us a spreadsheet, we will need to have copies of the customer purchase agreement (Bill of Sale) sent to us for each comp listed. You can send copies to us by e-mail, fax or mail.
